The Giant Cassava Grater is a high-capacity, mechanized grating machine for processing large volumes of fresh cassava into mash, a critical step in garri, cassava flour, starch, and fufu production. With a processing capacity of up to 3 tonnes per hour, this machine replaces hundreds of hours of manual grating labour, significantly reducing production costs while improving output consistency. Mechanized grating is the single biggest efficiency improvement available to cassava processors. Compared to manual grating, a mechanized grater processes more cassava in one hour than a team of workers could manage in an entire day.
